Pattern-making is the foundation of Studio Arcaya's Perfect Fit philosophy. At our small atelier in Lisbon, our team of female seamstresses crafts each piece through a precise design process. Each garment is developed to work in dialogue with the body, movement, and fabric.

We work exclusively with high-quality textiles sourced locally in Portugal, partnering with nearby mills and suppliers we know and trust. By keeping fabric sourcing and production close to our atelier, every Studio Arcaya piece is made in-house, allowing us to oversee fit, quality, and finish at every stage.
